Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your handmade crochet items from Fin and Fibre Crochet. If there’s ever a problem, we’re here to help.

Returns Overview

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made crochet items (unless faulty)
  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Sale or discounted items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your card provider — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please use the contact tab.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please use the contact tab with your order details.


Shipping Returns

To return an item, please use the contact tab for our return address.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
